The seriousness of the ManilaCon@911 conference was made lighter through the opening dance number which depicted the tense and thorny terroristic situation the country and the rest of the global cybercommunity is subjected to on a regular basis. The conference is designed to provide delegates with basic as well as advanced information and techniques on how to combat such threats.
